Just a thought, and not sure how easy it would be to code, but it would perhaps be useful if when creating a room you were able to set a custom "welcome message" line of text (like the "Welcome to SH Chat. Capitals are rude! No web addresses!...." in which the room creator could state the rooms purpose and rules (Whispers/Directing etc).
Just a thought.

The full room name does appear in the welcome message. If you want a "No directing" room then add "No Directing" to the room title and it will appear as for the "No whispers" this rules has been removed since every member has the ability to change there whisper settings to either Allow / Block / Authorised Only.
