Any help or advice needed..Trying to switch cam on and it's saying i need to update flash but getting a message saying retrieving installation, then nithing happens any ideas what i'm going wrong thanks x

Go to and this will automatically check which version of Flash Player you have installed.
If there is a more up to date version available, it will then tell you so that you can download.
(They are usually making available updated versions on a regular basis and once on version it will check for itself and advise you that there's a new version available/to download when you reboot.)
