I often have a go on the chatroom but to be honest it's bloody hard dealing with who's who, the speed (or slowness) of the banter and sometimes actually striking up a convo at all.
On the forums it's a bit more chilled and I feel like I get a bit more of a sense of people's personalities, sense of humour etc.
D'you think there are "chat" types and "forum" types or do I just need to up my chatroom game?

Mind you, met a very nice guy on there.....so they served a purpose!
