Does anybody know why or how we solve the problem of getting booted whilst on cam in the chatrooms?
Have spoken to a couple of people and they seem to think that it may be linked to that fact that we are running our laptop wireless or could be the router we are using as it is just a basic cheap and cheerful belkin router and help from you IT experts would be appreciated.

Try and connect by a cable from your laptop to the router and see if you still get booted it could save you getting cut off, you can try the program Tune-up 2006 to cean your laptop up of any problems you may have
