Hi sorry to ask somethin which may be silly but.....
We have set up a new account as a couple and when we have tried to log on to chat it says we must upgrade to a premium account (also same to access the forum)????? the reason we have set a new account is my bf still has his male account for personal fun but we also wanted a couple account for us both.
is this a new thing to charge membership to chat ???????

Your other account is a freebie account, to gain access to the chat rooms and to be able to post in the forums, you will need to upgrade it.
