Hi i logged into chat, but my internet explorer had to close, and i now can no longer get into chat rooms, is there anyway i can get back in? i have logged off site completely and re logged in but no good. Also this is happening on a regular basis, i have re downloaded internet explorer and cleared my cache etc but it still happens, any ideas anyone? i would be great ful

Don't think it's personal as site has been having a couple of problems this afternoon - think someone is tinkering with the valves again. Have you tried a support ticket??

I think you are hanging in cyber space and the system thinks you are logged in to chat.
What 'I think' you need is a chat op to find you in the chat room and kick you, then the given 5mins you should be able to get back in.
