help req'd - extras chatroom

I have tried to get into the extras chatroom but to no avail.
I have upgraded and pad my money by paypal but after 30 mins i still cant get in there
Is there something im not doing or does it take a little while to activate?

From 1 Feb 07 SwHvn has got a new look to its webpages. Since then probably 90% of chat users have been unable to get into the chat room pages.
