How do we add photo's to our profile - please help

We have tried many times to add photo's to our profile to no avail. We are not vey good with the technical things and would appreciate any help that may be available.

Select photos from the left hand side menu, then along the top the upload tab, select the ones you want to upload from your machine, and upload, they will then be approve by one of the mods
