After several months of either no / very crap internet or no privacy, we have finally got both and was so hoping to make up for lost time, however I cannot get the chatroom up and connecting. Could anyone please tell me if this is a site wide issue or am I going to have to have a stern word with our new internet provider.
Chatroom is up and without any issues that I can see, have you tried the obvious such as clerared cache/different browser, checked for any ISP web-filtering/blocking?
thank you, it appears to be running on a different laptop so must be mine with the issue, tried the cache and browser thing have not got a clue how to go about the ISP thingy, whatever that is 😕
