Yes, it just says ' disconnected' when you select the option ' online ' you get the message ' disconnected '
Unfortunately It's a great added feature to the site that's under utilized.
Maybe your post will spur others on to use this great feature.
Like all sites technology progresses and there will be glitches, let's hope it's only a temporary one, I'm sure the ADMIN team are addressing it.

It might have been taken down in preparation for the server move tomorrow:

Moving servers must be Titan...ic lol or are we still stuck on 97.. windows of course.

It is due to the server moves, we have to move everything halfway across London, while we do this the site will be running off of the failover servers.
We have spent a lot of time testing and believe that we can do this without any major disruption.
