The chatroom has fallen over and each time a person tries to log in, it directs you to server 1 which is where the problem lies.
Those with extras can get into chat because they can go into the extra's lounge and select either server 2/3/4.
Thats unless any of the other servers give up later :lol2:
Normal service will resume as soon as someone techy has kicked a couple of things :thumbup:

When normal customers try to get into chat it takes you to server one as it is the most empty server
If you have extras you can get in by the back door (extras chatroom) and go to the desired server from there

If ya got an extras package you can log in via the extras lounge and get onto servers 2, 3 or 4 as only server 1 is down

If you have extras then you can get to the chatroom via the extras lounge if one of the servers is throwing a wobbler (probably server 1 as its the one I always get sent to when going into chat)
Think you may have confused a thread that is running with regards to the chatroom problems tonight.
If you have an extras package you can get into the chat rooms on servers 2,3 and 4 via the Extras Lounge, but due to tech probs when a non Extras member tries to log into chat they are automatically directed to Server 1. This server appears to be having problems tonight and will not allow ppl to log in.

I'm not a techie person, but couldn't we just disable/switch off Server 1? Then the system would direct us to a working server.
