I wish i had 50p for every time someone says to me that they are mainly ignored after saying hi in the chatrooms.
Its not rocket science, surely if people say hi back it makes for the beginning of good chats and the rooms are more vibrant and therefore more sexy.
So come on folks, if a new visitor to the room comes in and says hello, have the courtesy to say hi back at least, you will be surprised how much better the chatrooms are.

I try to make a point of replying to people when they come into a room and say hello.
But so many people seem to think that by saying hello you are giving them permission to whisper or that you are gagging to meet them !!
I come into the chatrooms to chat, to get to know people a little bit, I chat, I look at profiles and try to get the measure of a person before I even think about whether or not we would like to meet them !!
Half the conversations go like this :
Newcomer......."Hi room"
Me ............"Evening newcomer"
Newcomer whispers....."Hi hun you look great take a look at my cam and tell me what you think" !!
OR
"Take a look at my profile and see what you think"
You look at the cam or the profile. The cam is a wanking cock and the profile is all N/A and 3 pics of a cock from different angles :roll:

So I`ll continue to say hello and to welcome newcomers into a room, but really it`s a two way thing

Some people dont have the confidence to 'just join in' and Im sure most who use this site realise its not all about getting a meet anytime soon. It would help if chat regulars didnt have this attitude and were more thoughtful as far as new 'chatters' are concerned.

I am quite shy myself but sometimes the new chaters refuse to join in..
I have tried to involve them in the "room banter" but most of the time it is to no avail.
Either they are more shy than me or as people have said before this, they think they have a right to a "meet" because they are paying members.
I try and educate them to be a part of the site rather than a fart of the site

I've got into the chatroom more of late and have got into some good conversations, that is when my naff old PC doesn't conk out lol!
I do still go on some rooms and say hello and am ignored but just move on after a reasonable HAS to do answer after all but it's nice if they do and it usually leads to excellent chats!
