looking at profiles

hi
we cant seem to be abel to look at profiles when we are in the chat room,can you help.
we are logged in ok so no problems there and the profiles can open when we do a search, it only happens when we are in the chat room and doubel click on a name, please help us

you dont need to dbl click a name to see a profile
click on the persons name and then when its highlighted click the view profile button.

That was happening to me - thought I was going :crazy: cos I couldn't find the profile.

it is not opening in another window, as soon as we :highlight the name and then click view it goes to chatting to all, please help if you can sad
