There have been some reliability issues with the video server over the last few days, we're putting in a fix for this today, so hopefully the video streams will begin to settle down from this point.

Have you tried the 'Help' button, top right in the new chat ?
This will show you that in the right hand 'margin' you have 2 options, called Members and Rooms.
Clicking Rooms will show you the room list at that time

Hi, Safari is supported on mac, however at this time mobile devices aren't fully supported. Once we have the new chat stabilised for desktops we will be looking at official mobile support.

I am not sure what the problem is here, I will look into it. However, as a workaround you can go to to allow your camera. Just find in the list of websites and choose always allow.
It saturday eveining and am dressed to please and when evr i go on cam its all wavy and yet again i can put my hand over the cam and it still shows me typing, am feed up with this I AM A CUSTOMER AND I PAY FOR A SERVICE, NO SERVICE, = REFUND WAKE UP PEOPLE !!! NOW
i work in hospitality and if i treated my customers the way tis site treats it customers i would be out of business
so come on site sort it out.
ive just have a night off and have paid for a hotel to have so fun and be on cam

please wake up customer service dept. i dont want exuces i want actions to rectify this ongoing problem since the change
goodbye and wake up SH, no exucuses again ive heard it all in my line of work and just to make you aware i deal with legislation every day, so !!

Not a problem, more a comment.
If I'm looking at a cam, or cams, then change rooms I will often be left with the cams from the previous room still playing.
Running Firefox on Vista. Not explored the problem, or the permutations and it's not a big problem but if I was on cam and left a room for some reason (say a person I disliked) it would be nice to know my cam also left the room.

does it still show the person on cam who is viewing their cam even if the viewer has left the room? not a good feature if the person viewing your cam has left the room and then they continue watching from another room and you cannt tell who is viewing your cam

Whilst investigating/helping some friends who were encountering this issue we checked which version of Flash Player they were using
(You can do similar via )
In both instances we found that they were on older versions of Flash Player and as soon as they clicked the link off that web page to go to tthe Adobe Flash Player download centre or / and installed the latest version, those issues have ceased to occur.
If this fails, have you tried raising a Support Ticket ?

I have to keep manually scrolling the page down to see what myself and others are saying. It scrolls itself for a few lines then i havet o use the slider to move the page down after i type and to keep up with the room.
Is this just me? or is it something that can be resolved? I think others are experiencing it too. Should i raise a ticket thing? or is it something that will be resolved while you're sorting other things out?

I'm currently trying to track how this happens actually as a couple of people have reported this. Could you answer a couple of questions to help me?
When does this start happening?
What is your web browser?
Does it occur in the first room that you join or after changing rooms?
Are you scrolling up to see the previous chat then back down via the scroll bar, the down arrow icon, mouse scroll or down arrow on your keyboard?
Are you resizing or maximising the chat room window at all?

Used to happen to me but then I tried making my chat window a bit bigger by dragging the corner and it seems to have solved the problem.

Same problem on an iPad. Very annoying indeed, rendering chat largely useless

new chat works just fine on the iPad here.
Well (ish) as you can't get cams up in new Chat on either an iPad nor iPhone due to Apple's well known fall out with Adobe, meaning that Apple won't allow Adobe's Flash Player to be installed on any of the Apple mobile devices (iPad/iPhone),

Please could admin look into why, on our chat room username, avatar Its a picture from someone else's gallery not even ours And while they check it out would it be possible to remove it altogether as we'd rather not have a pic on it although we dont want all our gallery pics private folders.
