Not aw to get into chatroom

I am having a real probl getting into chatrooms. It says that there is an error authenticating chat. I have raised 2 support tickets for today issue and have heard nothing, this has
Been happening for around 15 hours now.

Mine has been exactly the same since yesterday, raised ticket last night but no response as yet. Tried to get in using different systems and still get the same error message

Had the same problem as you both. Was working fine yesterday afternoon , was popping in and out of chat most of day then about 5 in afternoon......nothing.
I'm on my android smartphone and tried alsorts......through Chrome and through standard internet and each on both mobile network and via broadband but nothing.
Ticket raised but nothing heard from admin.....now Friday
Please help

Are any of you still getting the problem regarding getting into chat?
If you are then please let me know by email and I'll grab the support by their sensitive bits and speed them up a bit your way.

I am getting the same message raised with admin support been like it for 2 day was working on Friday night on Apple so god know wot wrong

Cpat_C, glad to see you sorted and back into chat, did you do anything different to get you into chat
Deez, raised a ticket for you.
tango999 , same for you, we did run through a fair bit yesterday in email, I can't see anything that would prevent you from the sites point of view from getting in to the chat.

Alas, support are not always available during the weekend, sometimes they are, sometimes not but on the morrow (Monday) they most certainly will be.

I can't get into chat. Same issue as seen above for other users...can someone please help as it won't allow me to raise a support ticket?

Have updated support with solari, matt263, shagadelic69, and two others who have emailed me, if anyone else has a problem leave your name here or bellow at me in email.
It's easily remedied once admin are aware of a member name thats having the problem, the full time fix is imminent, but in the meantime support will sort each account as they get to know.
