opening a room in chat

i sometimes open a room on server 1, all is fine most the time but sometimes when i log back on later that day or the next day, the same room is still there and therefore i cant open another room (one with a differnt title and interest)
if the first room has people chatting in it then i dont mind but usually its got several people in it but no one is chatting despite me trying to get the chat going smile

it used to be better when we were suposed to ask a chatroom op to close the room once we (as the host) was leaving it, then we had the choice of opening a different room
we arnt suposed to open more than one room are we ?
any ways round this ?

What's stopping you from opening a second room? If it's the fact that there used a be a line in the chatroom rules stating that you can't open two rooms at the same time, may I respectfully suggest you have another look and see if you can still find it wink

Or is there some error message you are getting?

last time i looked it still said that we arnt allowed to open more than one room .... i presume from what you say, that we are now allowed to open more than one room ... good smile

in the past i have been told off for opening more than one room ... although i hadnt actually done that ... gary has his own account here and we both had one room opened each but this seemed to confuse the chatroom op at the time lol
