I've tried 3-4 times this evening to log into chat, it says welcome, etc. then goes grey, then the message appears in the bottom corner saying I've been disconnected and the matter is being referred to the technical team. How can I be disconnected? I never got connected in the first place! :cry:
I'd really like to get into the chatroom tonight, and I'll keep trying, but having only just renewed my membership, I'm a little disheartened already.
