Whilst investigating/helping some friends who were encountering this issue we checked which version of Flash Player they were using

In both instances we found that they were on older versions of Flash Player and as soon as they clicked the link off that web page to go to tthe Adobe Flash Player download centre or and installed the latest version, those issues have ceased to occur.

Just include details as to
- which operating system, e.g. Windows XP, Vista, etc.
- which browser, e.g. Chrome, Internet Explorer
