There are no known issues in this respect.
When you click on the view profile button, is it slow to open another window, or does the window open straight away and the page load very slow?

Been slow here for a few days..
Window opens just fine but content is very slow to load.

Ta, if it was the other way around then it would be a problem with the chatroom, we now know that its a problem with either the code on the site or the servers.

With the profiles, do you get anything appear on the page quickly at all? Or is it a white/blank page? When it does load, how long does it take roughly? And when it finally does load, does it all just appear in one burst or gradually load?
With answers to the above I'll be able to track it down and get it sorted

For me, if the profile is opening in a new window it's just a white screen with the loading bar at the bottom slowly creeping up. I'd say the opening takens about 7 or 8 seconds but can take longer.
I have found thought when I'm getting impatient if I click on the profile name several times it can open a lot quicker.
If opening a profile and it's not in a new window the screen just remains the same but again with the slow creeping load bar.
Nothing pre-loads. It's all or nothing and just hangs for a few seconds then jumps to the profile page.

It is taking only about two seconds from clicking on the 'profile' button to the full profile being visible.
Currently using firefox on a wireless connection, if that helps anything.

Taking anything uo to a minute to load profiles here..
seperate tab opens (using firefox) and background is grey then eventually profile will just appear in one go..

Yep slow this end as well, not tried to open one in chat yet. But if I click on the view profile buttton in the forum the page takes an age to load where as the rest of the site loads in next to no time.
I'm useing internet explorer befookedifIknowwhatversion but its the new one with tabed browseing on 64 bit lap top with windows xp.

look at profile....it`s slow to open....close it down n do it again 9/10 straight up

I'm hoping i've fixed the longer profile wait issue, ie ones that take 30+seconds to load. Let me know how you get on.
There are still some minor issues with the server setup which do sometime result in pages taking up to 10 seconds to respond every so often (i notice this probably one in 10 page loads). We are working on this so will keep you updated.
