A Windows Update loaded today has suddenly caused me a problem entering the chat room, the following error is show when connecting:
"Auth Failed: Undefined"
Anyone know which update it is so I can delete it?

and in that thread you will find that it is "Security update for Windows XP (KB972260)" that causes the problem.
