Sounds in Chat Rooms

I used to be able to get sounds in the chat rooms but now cannot get any at all. The boxes are ticked so don't know what the problem is. Windows Vista with all updates on just about everything.

Hi,
I believe we have a bug which is stopping sounds working in Internet Explorer, we have this listed and are working towards fixing it asap.
