Support tickets

Hi all,
I was wondering how long it takes for support tickets (normal priority) to be dealt with?
Just wondering as I received a message today from a user saying I had whispered and been abusive in the chatroom and so I had been reported. Although I have been in the chatroom once today I didn't whisper anyone at all and so I have sent a support ticket asking if the op/mods could check the records and find out what's going on?
I'm concerned that it might be a case that they have mistaken me for someone else....or in the worst case that some malicious software might have logged my details (hopefully not as they could have me bank then too?).

normally takes about 24 hours unless its a weekend then it can be a bit longer

Don't worry Bill every complaint is investigated thoroughly,by checking the logs and sometimes even down to checking the ip address so if you have concerns about your account being compromised it's an easy matter to ask admin to check if some one has logged into your account at the time in question from another address.

I wouldn't worry so much if the email is from another user - but when the email is from the "admin" account warning about behaviour in chatroom on a day you haven't been anywhere near a computer, then you start wondering who' sending the email - or checking the calendar if its April Fools Day.
