This post is angled at symbiosis group staff ......
can we please have accurate status lights on the chat home page please - hen you are doing works please send the status YELLOW rather than having it GREEN all the time ..... even when chat was majorly unstable for the last few weeks whilst running on degraged resources it was GREEN all the time.
also .......... you call your company a reputable IT company - where the hell is your testing platform, and / or the change freeze any time near a bank holdiay - seems to be non existant??
making changes at primetime for the site is sheer lunacy !!!!

Glitches on sites happen, would a simple post to the ADMIN directly not make these same glitches more apparent?
That said, I've noticed the Irish Site is experiencing similar issues.
Let's leave it to those that can fix the issue without being pedantic.
