can anyone please advice me how 2 make our web cam work on sh. when i click the button all we get is a blue screen. it's a brand new web cam and the drivers are all installed ok. ta

if u use msn...unplug the cam and it might work when u plug it back in

Right click on your mouse while cam is on and click on settings a little box will appear then click on the the little webcam pic along the bottom and there is a drop down menu to select your cam type do this and it shud work.

I had a webcam resulting in no pictures on Sh but ok elsewhere.
It is the settings at fault, try
right click on the video screen and change settings in drop down to the webcam you have, then apply and click out using the saves as you go. (i can't be dead certain cos i cant do it at the sametime as typing this post)
