web cam causes browser to crash in chat room

each time i try to use my built in web cam in the chat room the browser crashes. I have tried using a different browser but it still crashes. In case it is of help I am using a sony vaio with built in motion eye web cam. Would apprehiate any advise.

Have a look here and see if your setting match these. The only other problem I seem to remember coming across was that Flash needs to be the latest version, so it may be worth making sure you've got auto-updates turned on for that and that your firewall allows it through.
If all looks ok then the only other thing I can suggest is raise a support ticket and get one of the techie guys at the main office to try and help you. :thumbup:
