Whilst investigating/helping some friends who were encountering this issue we checked which version of Flash Player they were using (Whilst none using ubuntu, worth a try)

In both instances we found that they were on older versions of Flash Player and as soon as they clicked the link off that web page to go to tthe Adobe Flash Player download centre or and installed the latest version, those issues have ceased to occur.
If this fails, have you tried raising a Support Ticket ?

- which operating system, e.g. ubuntu
- which browser, e.g. Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.
