Hello everybody, We are Lauren and Gaz and we joined this site fairly recently as we have been interested in the whole scene for some time and also enjoy the club scene. We have met some nice people from here but must admit that we are extremely dissapointed that although we paid to join up it would appear that for some reason we are suddenly now `basic` members instead of the `extra` members we were led to believe we had paid for. Can anybody help???
your membership cost 50 quid a year yeah? extras is 25 quid a year on top of that, if you want it...everyone gets a free months trial, looks like yours has finished. i do have extras, i wont be getting it again as i dont find it very exciting to be honest
I think you will find that the majority of people aren't extra members and they do fantastic on this site. It's not the level of the membership that brings results but what you put in to it. Personally I look upon this site as a community where I come to chat with friends who I have never met and probably never will and then, as a place where I might get lucky and swing. :wink: And to also have a laugh and that is mostly at my own expense at times
Ahh, thank you sexkitten, that obviously explains it. We must have missed out on the small print. It must be in there somewhere but as I am a headmistress and he is a company director we would normally pick up on such things. Fairly sure someone will point out exactly where we missed the detail but maybe it should be made a little more clear to us `stupid` people by the owners of this site! Thank you again sexkitten and not only will we not be upgrading but think we will also be looking for a more honest and upfront site in future.
Sorry hun, Not moaning at you. Just p****d off that things were not as clear as we thought when we signed up thats all. Didnt mean to sound like we were taking it out on you.

From memory, its in the email you get when you take out the package, but I would need to check, also when you do get the payment options there's premium or premium with Extras, we sort of assumed that most people would remember which they paid for so didn't do any more than explain in the email that extras was added free for a month for them to try.
ok well i will let you off then really though, this is an excellent site, ive been here long enough to know this, give it a bit more time :thumbup: and extras really isnt all that - the only thing i use from it is that it makes the videos a bit bigger.....i can live without that and spend my 25 quid on some new lacies next year :P
Lol, thank you all for your comments. Maybe we are just a bit thick. So we are just going to make sure that we get our monies worth out of this site (even with our `basic membership) and have a whole lot of fun! Hope to be meeting some of you soon!

Send in a support ticket stating that fact or you can pm admin or st3v3 and they will it check it out for you. If you paid for it and don't have it then they will make sure you get it. regards
