it matters not what the facts posted on the site say fabio if my experience is I cannot get into a whole server full of rooms because it has crashed yet again so no apology just frustrating experiences and contemplating closing of account
So, which server and what is happening when you try to get in?
It's Lancelot, just greyed out on me for no reason. People in Guinevere complaining too, lots of rooms but showing no-one in them.
guinevere is coming up empty. all the rooms are saying they are empty and when i try to change rooms I get a blank screen then get booted. quite often changing fro guinevere to lancelot it says room no longer exists. also each room appears to have a maximum of 80 peple but i have to wait until there are under 60 in the room to enter so how come the other ten folk are comung and going
Lancelot has died again. FFS.

Lancelot has crashed, we are trying to sort it out.
My experience of the new chat rooms is that they don't offer any improvements whatsoever.
Moving from server to server is temperamental. Both servers keep greying out. Trying to enter a popular lobby room on either server isn't an option because numbers never drop below 70. And now all the lobby rooms in Guinevere have disappeared.
I understand that changes have to be made to increase capacity but members will only tolerate being guinea pigs for so long and then they will vote with their feet.
Think you might find a new improved "old" system is back on line for the holiday period with 4 servers...
