hi folks, sometimes when in chatroom we send whispers and they do not appear, the person we are whispering to are not ignoring us, but it would seem they have to initiate the whisper by opening the dialogue box then the whispers from us work.. have we perhaps loaded a setting wrong or could it be a chat issue.. its been happening for some time now and we have gone far enough to ensure its not just a matter of being ignored lol.. cue jokes about ignoring staggy

Are you in more than one room at the time?
I beleive that if you choose to click on the user name in chat rather than on the list to the right the whisper does not arrive.
that could be it ben cheers dude .. everything setting wise is set to allow so bens answer could be the problem, quite important that this gets sorted as it makes you appear rude if you dont answer a whisper you haven't received.. maybe disable the side which doesnt work?
I did some research today and have submitted a support ticket,
Full credit and our gratitude to Ben_welshminx, helped us locate the problem which has now been fixed.
This was happening when you click onto the username from the chat text area then click whisper, rather than click on the username from the members list on the right then whisper.
Our sincere apologies to those who experienced this issue.
