Ever been in a chatroom and you don't know whos it is?
I wonder? perhaps when you open a room you should put your name alongside the tittle? if you get pestered or abusive chat you know who to speak to?
That's a top idea!
i agree, or for them to have a different icon of some kind to show that they are the room host, or maybe have there name underlined??

Yep - agreed - the person(s) opening the room should have a unique icon.....

I have never understood why the room host is hidden.
The ops and admin are easily indentifiable in chat, why not the room hosts ?? dunno
Everybody seems so keen on a verification system, which is going to be complicated and is unlikely to work. But when it comes to indentifying a room host which would be really helpful .......... rolleyes
If you had a problem in a room, you`d know who to ask for help.
You`d know immediately if the room host was present.
It would help to stop the hosts who thinks it`s funny to kick people for no reason.
It might stop some of the really clever people who like to use the room controls as toys to mess around with their mates
It would make it easier for the ops to spot people who open multiple rooms.
I`ve never been able to understand why people want to keep their indentity a secret when they open a room. :dunno:
Good reasons why room hosts should be visible

Whenever I open a room I always put my name in the title, I don't always spell it right, redface but then people know it's me lol
So how do we get this put in the rules? if of course as it seems here it's a good idea?

Well ... what ya have to do is make it really unpopular with the people who post in the forum cafe ....and hey presto .....it`ll be introduced lol
Oh shit ....I`ve spotted the flaw in the plan !!!
It`s actually a good idea !!
Nope ....the rules will never be changed for this !!!
Plan???? Have I missed the plot? redface

I opened one the other night ...
Nobody came in ....
I felt it was a huge success lol
It helps to hint to people where you are going, you just disappeared.
You often leave me talking to myself tit for tat!
I can never be bothered to be apathetic.
