If you look in the chatroom lounge Chatroom not working - edited title thread, there are posts about tiscali, and the problems users are having with them - it is a Tiscali issue, Not a problem with SH!

When the rooms are working as well as they can be, there will be times when client side issues outside of our control may cause problems, its not just us and its not nice if you happen to get hit by them, it is frustrating and I can understand fully that when things don't work there's a real need to rant, but its probably better putting in a support ticket as there's more chance of sorting it out.
