If you look in the chatroom lounge Chatroom not working - edited title thread, there are posts about tiscali, and the problems users are having with them - it is a Tiscali issue, Not a problem with SH!

I have now raised a support call with my ISP (Tiscali) asking them to explain why RTMP traffic is unavailable after 18:00 daily.
Just ONE of the posts regarding Tiscali, follow them and you'll see your problem is with your ISP.
