A solo recce of a NE location

Hi guys some of you might know us (well me for this week rach away) so was wanting a bit of advice!!
am thinking of a recce upto a certain wildfowl park in north east (mods am trying to not be too specific i hope??)
as a single male for the evening am looking for advice on the area as we are looking to use it ourselves soon when rach is beack in the action!
what are the cpls to males ratio police prescence etc any help be very appreciated also times.

If it's not xxxxxxxxxx, but the one further north in Northumberland (not exactly a park, but noted amongst twitchers for its avian potential) then again I would say stay away. My experience is limited - only three visits - but each time there's been a car load of charvas out to cause bother. Just not worth the grief, especially if it's a long drive.
Oh well, back to the porno DVDs and the chat-room web-cams! biggrin

we had an arranged met at the one mentioned which is the most southerly of the two mentioned however that was last summer. seemed nice and quiet but considering it was a Saturday night was very quiet with just one other single guy there other than the one we arranged to meet. There are security cameras positioned about and the fact you have to drive past houses which are sited directly on the road puts quite a few people off I think.
If anyone knows of other locations which are still decent for dogging couples please let us know.

The coastal place with the big white light house is especially bad lately in my experience.

interesting reads here and appreciate the information, it does seem unfortunately thatthe north east is getting a bit crap on the dogging front and private meets may be the way ahead :cry:

there seems little point in going to the tall white building area at the coast, as it seems there are too many boy racers and people seemingly just driving back and forth all night .
i would feel very uncomfortable at the w/ton sites, as it just seems to be a very vulnerable place.
i may be a single man but i value my safety and have never been that happy about the snooping of police
i know this sounds negative, but it's not really meant that way at all. i just think it's important to be feeling safe before you star disrobing in a public place! .
although it is not quite in the spirit of it all i think i may restrict myself to meeting people by arrangement from now on, either at my home or somewhere mutually agreeable.
maybe i'm just getting old!

I have been looking around this area since I moved from the North West 3 months ago. Despite there being lots of prime locations on the face of it (picnic areas after dark), things are very quiet.
All the publicised places are no good, so the way ahead must be to arrange prior and keep it private between trusted people.
I am considering having a get together soon if anyone is interested at my place. Mods, I know this is the dogging forum, but the meeting would be for us to discuss future locations and for people to get to know each other prior to lone night meets - seems a safe way to go.
If anyone would be interested drop me a note.
