Looking at other posts on the forum, there are instructions not to post dogging locations at all and that I understand. Elsewhere on Swinging Heaven, there are postings saying that the list of dogging sites shown on this site is available at many other places on the internet, but is left here because it's out of date anyway. Again, fair enough.
My question is, how does someone new to the game find out where to go and when to go? I am in the Manchester area, never, ever been dogging, raring to go, but with nowhere to go. Will some kind souls help to guide me, presumably which will have to be done by a pm or do I have to resort to going back to Cupids?
There are many single males posting on these forums in the style of "I'm available, who wants me?" but this question isn't designed to be in that vein - it is a genuine query. However, being straight and just for the avoidence of any doubt, if any female or couple makes me an offer, I am unlikely to turn it down.

Hi dixonschiminey, welcome to the dogging forum.
Everything you have said above is correct, the locations can be found on other internet sites but as you also said, a lot are out of date. We have used the list a number of times and for the newer members, it gives them an idea of places to try. Once you get the idea of the 'types' of places which are used, you will soon find that you become a great detective and can actually 'snip them out' without having to ask.
As for other members letting you know places, well it does happen alot, but a lot of people would rather get to know you a little more before they start giving out locations. Perhaps see you posting a bit more often and get used to 'seeing you around' before they give out too much information.
I really do hope you find some decent places to visit, but I do have to say that the best dogging sites are the ones which are not on this, or any other internet site

What you say is so correct. We are new to dogging and have been to a couple of the sites listed here....but not for long and with no success. As NWC says once you have visited a site or two its easy to spot other potential places as you drive around.
I wonder when someone will come up with a points of intrest file for a navigator
