RIGHT HERE IT IS
1: Run equal amounts of hot and cold water into bathing area, to required temp
1.1 Some form of bath creme or essential oils may be added for extra pleasure
2: Remove Cloths
3: Enter bath
4: Use prescribed washing substance until clean
4.1: You make soak for longer periods to remove riggers of day
5: Remove self from bath
6: Dry with cloth substance (towel)
7: Return to dressed state (you may use fresh garments)

For what its worth, here's my advice-
Don't expect miracles.
Get yourself known a bit more by telling people a bit more about yourself and replying to other threads
Be patient
Don't hijack other peoples threads
Have fun

As cfcuk said you need to get your self known on here and you can do that in a number of ways firstly you could place a add on here explaining what you are looking for and also telling people a bit about your self.
Secondly you could contubite in the forums as well as the chat rooms.
