Car park was locked last night. Does this happened often?

The national trust is going to close as many of its carparks
as it can over the next few years. Abandoned cars, vandalism and public sex are being blamed.
xxx hill is national trust land. Plus its used for gay cruising a lot....which always gets up peoples noses (metaphorically speaking)

For the benefit of the mods:
xxxxx hill is no good as a locator for the carpark.
The hill the carpark is located ON is not named XXXXX hill !
"locals" use the name for reasons that are obvious once you have been there !
