Hi everyone
My first post on this site, and its a warning. rolleyes

Theres a D reg Land Rover, painted silver, that often 'patrols' the wrights lane site at J8 on the M62. they seem to come out about midnight, and have a high powered light on the top. I've come across then on 3 occassions, once when they let me past (its a dead end) and shouted abuse, next when they sort of tried to run me off the road but chickened out a long way before impact. The last time they followed me to the junction and threw something at the car, no damage done. Talking to others about it they've been seen before, probably from the local farms. Weekends after the pubs shut as usual.! also got to beware police acting as a cuople apparently. ho hum.

as they are engaging in potential criminal damage, you should report it to the police. A dogger who isn't dogging is a member of the public who can expect the police to protect them.

I would say that if you or anyone else sees this vehicle they should make every effort to get the reg number and report them to the police. This is very dangerous and needs to be stopped.

thanks for the advice. I'm not really looking to bump into them again( rolleyes

) but I'll note the number and report it if I see them. BTW this post was intended to go in the warning section , but I messed up, maybe a mod would oblige?
