It HAS lost it's magic in our eyes anyway, too much arrogance and high expectations. As someone else has said, dogging (as far as I have seen in the past few months) has become less of a voyeuristic attraction and more of a 'I'm gonna go there and get laid tonight' kinda attitude.. The bottom line is the fact that it is 'FREE SEX', no longer seeming like anyone wants to watch. I love dogging, but have not yet ever actually been interested in joining in. Not for the fact that I'm nervous or don't want the people involved sexually, but more a case of I am not there to join in, I like watching other people.
It has lost some of its magic because of boyracers & the thug element & the odd arrogant male but there are still genuine doggers like myself out there who are just happy to watch with no pressure put on the couple & if you are asked to join in, which has happened in the past,you take that as a bonus & not a right.
Thanks for the pm but as i said in that i have been up there a few times and the last three time i have been i have been the only one there... No boyracers... No single guys ... No cars ... No gay guys...No police ... infact i was the only one at either Anson or Aspen. I would have thought i would have at least seen some one and as a I walk all over the chase with my dogs one of the dogs is good at finding guys. TS
Was up Cannock Chase this afternoon & even though it was a beautiful day,ideal for a bit of fun,it was very hope things improve when the weather gets warmer & the light nights come.
I was up there for a short while last Friday night. I got absolutely p***ed off by one car who drove into teh main car park and had its headlights/driving liights full on so everybody had the full glare in the. I believe he was on teh way out when one driver apperared so he reveresed back into the main car park and his lights remained full on. I visited various areas and this same person appeared in most of them. Of course he could be a person who wants to banish night time pursuits or just wants to frighten the deer population of which there was a considerable amount around alst Friday. Who ever you are its not on and I know now your reg so befave please for everyones sake
Name and shame, at least just give the colour and make, maybe not model and definitely not the reg.. It would be good to have a post with known troublemakers, I can remember about 5 incidents over the chase but haven't been there for so long I cannot remember what colour the cars were!!! My car is off the road for the next few weeks tho
Hi all, we have found that it is to risky to go dogging now with everything going on like you all say. What we tend to do is arange it with a few guys and girls first then sort it all out between ourselves be email. This way a quiet place can be chosen you are garanteed fun and everybody is happy :D :D
Nice to hear from you alan & dawn, how are you doing.I only occasionally go up the chase now & never late at night because of the idiots & I have been during the day & early evening just before it goes dark but it has been very you arrange something soon keep me in mind.
We've found that most of the troublemakers are in bed after 12am, then again we do go out VERY late sometimes, we've been over the chase at 3am on many occasions.
I have never been that late usually when the boyracers arrive I usually disappear because you never know what might kick they go to bed about midnight then I am all for trying anytime after as long as I have pre arranged a meet with somebody,I don't want to be driving around seems such a shame because last summer had some great times up there from early evening without no trouble.
