POLICE have logged onto a "dogging" website to warn swingers they are being targeted by thugs.
Detectives posted a message on the Swinging Heaven website, which strangers use to meet in groups at remote sites for sex, after a spate of attacks on doggers.
Met Police want victims of crime to come forward and report the criminals who rob, attack and abduct them - then bank on their shame silencing them.
On the website Sgt Steve McKee wrote: "The police are not after you or even interested in the sexual naughtiness. They are only interested in catching muggers, abductors and other undesirables attracted to hotspots."
Det Chief Insp Dick Henson added: "They've nothing to fear. We will do everything to assist and prosecute offenders."
The police crackdown began after muggers attacked doggers at Scratchwood and Nutwood car parks off the A1 in Mill Hill, North London.
Their warning comes weeks after ex-football star Stan Collymore admitted visiting car parks for sex with strangers.
