Hello Redcoat,
As your a newbie here, you may not be familiar with all the recent anti-dogging media attention over the past few months. Car Parks and other noted Dogging Sites have either been blocked off, have their gates locked at night or are well patrolled by the Police.
It's been so bad lately I have given up Dogging entirely until all the furore has died down. There are still one or two places open but it's mainly the weekend when they are used. Even then, it's very hit or miss whether anyone turns up. You can sit for hours without any sign of action at all. :cry:
Your best bet is to wait until someone advertises they are out in a certain area and PM them to find out where they are going to be, and at what time. Failures to show are common even when arrangements have been made.
Make sure you are familiar with the Dogging Rules (see Sticky at the top of this page) and follow them. If you don't you won't get anywhere at all. Remember some people just want to put on a show, and don't necessarily want anyone to join in. Don't approach another car until you are sure they are not just a courting couple. Many a black eye or worse has been received by some men who didn't follow the rules.
