I was out and around in Surrey last night. The usual scenario, about a million single blokes zooming from car park to car park in great gravel-churning spurts but no action. I sat and watched for an hour or two....no joy....then, to my delight, one of the steady stream of cars turning into the secluded car park was a ROLLS ROYCE. Not an old one, either, but a nice shiny zippy new model. I was talking to a biking dogger who said he'd seen the Roller earlier on elsewhere, so it wasn't a case of "I was just turning round, officer".
Mr Roller did a quick circuit and then buggered off, just one of a line of other dogger cars. You have to hand it to the guy, he has some bottle. After all, a Rolls is a big old tub of a car and the risk of running it up against an entrance post or another dogger's old transit in the dark must be fairly high.
There. Maybe I'm just jealous? ... :-)
