Welcome to the reality of dogging.
Having been on the board for a month now I would have thought you would have had ample time to get the picture that dogging is a purely random event. There is no such thing as a "sure thing".
There are no set times or places. If you are looking for a meeting every third sunday of the month etc, then maybe you need to join the womens guild ;-)

The reality is quite simple,sometimes you will be in the right place at the right time,most of the time you will be in the wrong place at the wrong time,sometimes you will be in the wrong place at the right time and sometimes in the right place at the wrong you go,simple,I hope this helps.
