The reason behind removing exact locations and possibly timings from forum posts is to prevent everyone who has access to the forums to turning up, whereas the intention of an original poster maybe just a few turning up. It can be quite daunting if you turn up and there's 20-30 waiting just for you to perform.
The 'dogging locations' are more detailed in that they give full locations. What it doesn't give is a guarantee that it is still an active site or that anyone will be there on any particular night.
The site is not trying to break its own rules or profit on the back of this. They purely want you to enjoy your time dogging however you want to arrange it. Don't forget, not everyone who turns up at a dogging meet is there for the same reason as you, hence keeping times and locations of actual meets kept vague.
