When a couple did come in, prat 1 drove head on and sat with his headlights shining into the front of the car for 10 minutes. They went.
Prat 2 was driving slowly up-and-down and looking in each car as he went past....
Prat 3 was a refugee from the A43 site (and the A45-near M1J16 site) where he does the same crap there as well....drive to the top, parks with his lights on and then drives back down as someone comes in, then back up and repeats.
Prat 4 was sitting in his car half naked and getting wankers cramp...then driving down and carrying on...then back up.
