Guildford area dogging

I recently visited a well known site just south of the A3 near the M25 junction only to find the entrance was brightly illuminated with industrial floodlights (!) so I assumed no-one is going there for the time being.

Is this correct or are folks still using it?

it is still very busy , in fact i might just go after lunch haha x

Still active, but mainly in the 'bottom' carpark during the work period.

As usual, late-night early-morning tends to get more 'customers'.

And - come summer - the new 'garden' bridge will open.

Downside - the woods at the 'top' carpark have been dramatically felled, with more to come down.

I’d like to go and check this out sometime this week (maybe tonight?) when is actually the best time to go for some action or is it hit-and-miss? Thanks!

Hit and miss - quite active, mainly gay. Sometimes late-night/early morning couples, hit and miss.
