could anyone out there tell me if there are safe dogging locations in blackpool.

Not at the mo... the police are having a crack down.... Was at one location in Blackpool a couple of weeks ago and in 45 mins we saw a police car, and a coast guard patrol car..... if we'd have been in a group they would have sussed what we were up to no problem. Better to go elsewhere.... shame sad

Within my definition of safe, there are no "safe" places anywhere.
But, it will be safer if you can find NO mention of it for SEXUAL purposes anywhere on the NET.
It will also be of no use !
IF you want to ARRANGE a meeting for sexual purposes, then DO NOT mention it on the NET.
NOBODY is who they SAY they are.
The guy/gal/gay you are arranging it with may be a nutter, a member of the law-enforcement community or just a useless piece of shit exploiting peoples sexual needs for cheap publicity ( all press hacks)
But, basically, if you want safety stay at home. With the doors and windows shut and locked. And the electricity, gas and water turned off.
