Just had a drive out to the xxxxx and found the Car park blocked with a Barrier. Lots of cars around the Bridge area and we noticed a White Van stopping and passing us a few times so we flashed him. He soon stopped and followed us to the road that leads to the picnic area below xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
