Hi guys...had a close shave with the cops last week - a couple of plain clothes in an unmarked car. They were parked up in well known car park near Jersey Marine (Neath/Swansea borders) and put their lights on and flashed brake lights and drove off slowly...like a moth to a light, I followed! Led me to a more isolated spot and as I got out for a 'walk' they collared me! Took my car reg, etc and gave me 'warning'. Warning for what?!? I hadn't done anything illegal and the fact I followed them due to their 'signalling' in the other car park should constitute some kind of entrapment or incitement to commit an illegal act. Anyone else aware of these types of police activities and best way to deal with it if it happens to you?
