A caterer's plan to open an all-night mobile cafe for couples having outdoor SEXhas been killed by a council
Phill edwards wanted to serve burgers and hotdogs from a purpose-built van at beautyspot called XXX XXXXwhich over looks bristol and is notorious for dogging
but south gloucs council turned down his application, claiming it could attract to much traffic to the area
the daily sport (yes bought it for a laugh and the sport)
lol well this guy has done his home work and read what our dogging section
so what do u lot think of mr phil edwards

I don't think the doggers of Bristol had have much luck if they stunk of hot dogs and onions.

Well, there's a snack bar located at a very popular dogging/cruising spot in Bolton lol

. His egg butties are legendary.... but unfortunately he only opens til so night time doggers just have to stay hungry sad

Having visited the above mentioned site on a number of occasions, it brought a smile to my face when I read in a local paper that the reason for Phil's rejection was an increase in traffic.
There is already loads of traffic and I thought it very entrepreneurial and a great business idea, particularly as I like bacon sarnies!!! lol
