ive been out of action for a few weeks due to a slipped disc, (waits for all the remarks on how i did it lol) but im hoping to get to the woods this weekend, looks like ive been missing all the action too :cry:

a mate of mine slipped a disc and ended up having to have his spine out, so go easy on it..

I will be at the Theatre Royal from to the end of the show, and hopefully at the best pub in norwich beforehand and at a dogging site afterwards.
PM with your availability ie before or afterwards and we can take it from there.
I would want to meet in a pub first to prove we are all genuine.
I'm out late tomorrow night but will be picking up pms etc early saturday morning.

Aww sweety, really hope you are feeling a bit better. I know how painfull a slipped disc can be, I did mine a couple of years ago and couldnt walk for a week. I was off work for 8 weeks as I couldnt even press the accelorator in the car! Take your time and get well very soon!

Mrs NWC don't give singledogger too much sympathy, he seemed to be managing very well at 2am this morning, when he was busy with a very nice couple, who had earlier that morning entertained me. (My hand hasn't been anywhere so wet since I dipped it into the sea at Hunstanton a few weeks ago.
What a great night to semi-retire on)I'm harsh lol. Hope you are completely better soon mate and thanks for helping me with the directions as I attempted a shorter route home.

im feeling much better now thanks and yes i had a test run last nite and came through with flying colors just afew more pratice runs and looks like ill be back to normal in a couple weeks
