We live away but return once or twice a year for some fun, with this in mind we keep an eye on the old forum to see how things are going. We are due to return at Easter for a little trip to the south coast but things seem to have taken a turn for the worse. Aggressive doggers this! Boy racers that! Press or plod turning up!
Our question is this: Is it even worth bothering to go out in the Dorset/Hants area or should we just learn to live with the idea of a boring trip?
Reading the threads over the last few months things do not look promising!

Do you remember the place we met you last year? Well that is a no go area once again
This time it's getting regular visits from Police after some probs there several weeks ago when graffitti was daubed around and residents complained about the noise at night. It would seem from what we've been told, that Forest Rangers are also calling in al all times checking on the place too
Not much goes on at all in that area at the moment, but I'm sure by the time you get back, it will have died down again as it always does.
